1 About Touchzone

Touch Zone ("Touchzone", "we", "us", "our") is a football performance analysis service based in Scotland. We provide zone-based individual player and team performance reports, data tools, and analytical services through our website at www.touchzone.co.uk.

By accessing or using the Touchzone website, ordering a report, or using any of our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Intellectual Property & Ownership

This includes but is not limited to:

• The Zone Touch Model (Z1 max 3 touches, Z2 max 5 touches, Z3 unlimited)
• The transition and progression framework (Z1→Z2 and Z2→Z3 targets)
• The back-to-play analysis methodology
• All report designs, layouts, charts, and visual formats
• The Touchzone name, logo, and branding
• All written content, explanatory text, and coaching guidance on this site

3 Reports & Services

When you purchase a report or use our report generation tools, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own coaching, player development, or club analysis purposes.

• Reports are generated based on the data you provide — accuracy depends on the quality of input data
• Reports are for analytical and development purposes only — they are not a substitute for professional coaching advice
• Individual reports relate to a single player for a single match unless otherwise agreed
• Team reports relate to a single team for a single match unless otherwise agreed
• You may print or share reports internally within your club or coaching staff
• You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit reports generated by Touchzone

4 Payment & Refunds

All prices shown on the Touchzone pricing page are in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required before report generation or delivery
• Once a report has been generated and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at touchzones@hotmail.com and we will resolve it promptly
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time — existing orders are not affected

5 Data & Privacy

When you submit player or team data to generate a report, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit that data on behalf of the player or club concerned
• The data provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting data relating to individuals under 16 without appropriate parental or guardian consent

We store order and report data securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our analytical models. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Touchzone platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Zone Touch Model or methodology
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access our services
• Circumvent any security or access controls on the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who breaches these terms.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Touchzone reports and tools are provided for informational and development purposes. We make no guarantee that use of our reports will result in improved player or team performance.

• Reports are based on data provided by the user — we are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect input
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on information in a Touchzone report
• Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific report or service in question

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Touchzone services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Touchzone platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
